During the use of the water jet, it is necessary to check the equipment condition every day, judge whether each part of the water jet is normal, maintain in advance or find problems, to reduce unnecessary losses.
Pre startup inspection:
1. Check the pump, high-pressure pipes, fittings, and valves for leaks. All issues should be resolved before starting the pump.
2. Check the oil level.
3. Check whether the main electrical cut-off equipment is labeled with "Out of Service" and whether there are reminders around the equipment indicating that maintenance work is in progress
After startup
1. Listen for constant sound when the pump starts and the water pressure rises.
2. Check for water and hydraulic oil leaks. Resolve all issues before starting surface operation of the pump.
3. Check the status indicator of the oil filter. If it is already long, shut down the system and repair the filter.
4. Check the differential pressure of the intake filter. If the pressure is equal to or higher than 15 psi (1.0 bar), it has been replaced
